Nail Artist — Junior to Educator
Hi! We're inviting nail artists to join the Svitnail team — and we mean it when we say your craft becomes a real career here, not "just a job."
This is you if
- You're skilled in the European dry (e-file) technique — or you're eager to master it with our Educator.
- You have at least one year of experience as a nail artist.
- You care about clean cuticle work, nail architecture, and healthy nails.
- You follow nail-design trends and understand hand skincare.
- You love trying new things and aren't afraid to suggest bold ideas.
- You love your clients the way we do — a warm welcome, a real "how are you?", and making sure they feel good with you.
- You're passionate about your craft.
Working with us means
- An official W-2 contract with paid vacation and sick leave.
- A stable flow of clients — our booking keeps your chair busy.
- Competitive pay, twice a month: your level base + commission + tips.
- Everything provided — premium tools, supplies, sterilization, and cleanup. You just create.
- SVITNAIL Technique™ training and certification.
- A clear path to grow: Junior → Senior → Expert → Educator — and we teach you every step of the way.
- Support, and knowing your voice matters — we bring your ideas to life.
- A team that values you, respects you, and truly hears you.
