Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Svitnail Corporation, a California corporation ("Svitnail"). By using svitnail.com (the "Site") or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services. Svitnail provides nail care services at 7530 La Jolla Blvd, La Jolla, CA 92037. Service descriptions, prices, and durations on the Site are for general information and may change.

2. Booking, payments & pricing. Appointments and payments are handled through our third-party booking provider (Mangomint). Prices shown are starting prices and may vary by service, artist level, and add-ons. Promotions (e.g., $15 off first visit, referral, birthday) are subject to their terms and may change.

3. Cancellations & no-shows. Cancellations or reschedules with 24+ hours' notice are free. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and no-shows, are charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Same-day bookings are final. If you booked two services and cancel one on the day of your appointment, that service is charged 100%.

4. Arrival & late arrivals. We hold a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, we may need to cancel your appointment (charged 100%). If we can still fit you in, a $45 late fee applies.

5. Acrylic & dip. We do not apply or remove acrylic or dip. Please have it removed elsewhere before your visit. Arriving with acrylic or dip means we cannot perform the service and the appointment is charged.

6. Gel from another salon. We are happy to remove gel applied elsewhere; removal is charged separately. We cannot guarantee wear on nails treated elsewhere, as we cannot verify the products or technique used before us.

7. Colour, shape & length. Your artist confirms colour, shape and length before applying. Once applied, a change is treated as a new service — please speak up early, we want you to love it.

8. Photos. We photograph every set before and after. Our quality team reviews each one and it becomes part of your nail history with us. We only post to Instagram with your permission.

9. The vibe. For everyone's relaxation, our studio is adults (12+) only and pet-free.

10. Our promise. Love your nails or we fix them free within our 3-day guarantee. Send us a photo within 3 days of your appointment and your fix is locked in.

11. Card authorization. By booking, you authorize Svitnail to charge your card according to this policy.

12. Gift cards. Gift cards are sold through our provider, are non-refundable, and are redeemable for services. Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

13. Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, and "SVITNAIL Technique™") is owned by Svitnail or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

14. Disclaimers. The Site and services are provided "as is." Results may vary by individual. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.

15. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Svitnail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or services.

16. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

17. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
